Referring to normal shoe size is inaccurate. Follow exactly the steps in video and take 3 photos and send to confirm the size:

Getting the Size Yourself
*** We recommend sending the photos for us to confirm sizing as we also based on the width to decide whether to size up.
*** If you are using a tape, take note that the numbering marks the long lines that touch the edge. Some tape put the number at a medium position and lead to confusion. Hence it would best to send us the photos for confirmation.
